My love for cooking/baking started when I was a child, spending weekends in the kitchen with my grandmother and my Italian father . She taught me the secret to the perfect flaky pie crust / a rich beef stew , which is a technique I still use in my recipes today.
I hold a , Culinary Arts Certificate / 10 years of experience working in local bakeries / degree in Nutrition. After years of cooking for friends and family / tweaking recipes for picky eaters , I decided to create this website to share my tested, foolproof recipes with you.
